At CircleNet, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. However, as a distributor of third-party services, our refund policies align with the terms and conditions of the service providers we represent. Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

• Cancellation Before Installation
  If you cancel your service request before the installation has taken place, you may be eligible for a full refund of any upfront payments made to CircleNet.
   
• Service-Related Issues
  If a verified issue occurs during service installation or activation that is directly attributable to CircleNet, we will make every effort to resolve the issue. In rare cases, a refund may be granted.
   

Certain fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• Installation fees
   
• Activation charges
   
• Administrative processing costs
   

These charges cover labor, coordination, and system processes, and are not recoverable once services are initiated.

To request a refund:

1. Submit a Request
   Contact our customer support team within 14 days of the service issue to initiate your refund claim.
    
2. Provide Documentation
   You may be asked to submit supporting documents or details related to the issue to help us process your request.
    
3. Refund Timeline
   If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment method and bank or financial institution.
